Hello, I'm Joshua
A sophomore at
Johns Hopkins.
I'm a sophomore at Johns Hopkins, majoring in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics. Together, these majors equip me with the skills to understand the world and build things that intrigue me. As an individual, I would like to think of myself as calm, compassionate, and understanding. My interests include soccer (my favorite team is Barcelona), motorbikes, mechanical watches, biking, and music (don't forget to check out my Music page!!!) :)
Stopping at 95, when I know I could have done 100.
The above is what I told myself when I completed my first 100 km bike ride. I've always loved a good challenge. And if you look at it the right way, everything is, in a way, a challenge to be overcome. Persistence is a skill I hold in deep regard. If it's meant to be, it will be. Don't forget to give it your all in life. Things have a wonderful way of just working out.

The world's an exciting place to be in right now. There's a lot happening and a lot to learn about. I'm exploring things that interest me. I enjoy building impactful software. My previous internship gave me exposure to AI engineering. I also dabble in some low-level programming on the side, along with robotics. Beyond academics, I enjoy mentoring, collaborating on projects, and talking out loud with those who matter.
