The idea
Replace the ledger with a workflow.
Manual record-keeping makes it difficult to know what a library owns, who has each book, and when an item returns. This project turns those connected tasks into one focused desktop workflow.
A Python interface keeps common actions clear, while MySQL stores the underlying book and user records. Dedicated borrowing and receiving views help each transaction update the collection consistently.
